What finishing options do you offer?

Powder coating in a full range of colours including bespoke colour matching, hot dip galvanising, and zinc plating. We work with you to determine the best finish for the product’s use case and environment.

How durable is powder coating?

Powder coating significantly prolongs the life of fabricated products, and for demanding environments we apply an AP120 primer beneath the coat for an extra layer of protection. For steel in the harshest conditions, galvanising before coating gives the longest protection of all.

Can you match a specific colour?

Yes. Alongside the standard colour ranges, bespoke colours can be created to match your brand or specification. However, this can result in longer lead times and elevated pricing.

Do you finish everything in-house?

Our powder coating and finishing services are undertaken by two expert partners, who we treat as an extension of our business. We’ve worked with both partners for over twenty years.
