Steel, stainless, aluminium, copper and brass on our 6kW Bystronic. Up to 30mm, sheets to 3000 × 1500mm.

Sheet Metal Folding
Twin 4m Bystronic Xpert 150 press brakes. Programmed offline, right first part.

Welding & Fabrication
TIG, MIG and spot welding by coded welders, across six dedicated bays and two clean areas.

Powder Coating & Finishing
Powder coating with bespoke colours, AP120 primer, galvanising and zinc plating. Tested to your spec.

Mechanical Assembly & Integration
Mechanical build, panel wiring and electrical integration in our dedicated Assembly Workshop. NICEIC accredited.
